What We've Been Up To

I can't believe it's been 10 years since 9/11. I remember everything about that day. I was teaching my class in the computer lab, my friend Cynthia walked in and told me what was going on. All I knew at that time, planes were crashing....scared to death!!! Rob was on a plane at the time and I was sooo scared it was going to crash!!! Finally, I realized Rob was safe but he wouldn't be able to make it home because all planes were grounded. I went and stayed with my parents until Rob made it home. Mom and I couldn't take our eyes off the news coverage. I remember thinking that I didn't ever want to bring kids into this crazy world!!!! Here we are, 10 years later and I have 3 kids! And I can promise you this.....not a day goes by that I don't think about that awful day!!!!!!

We haven't been up to too much lately...just hanging with the family.

We went to a bday party and Ty just had to wear Nate's old baseball shoes...check out how big they are. He is obsessed with them!!! He screams and cries if we don't let him wear them! YES, he rules the roost in our house.

* I had a Stella & Dot party today, got some serious cuteness!!!

* Rob and Nate have been at a baseball tourney all weekend. Nate still can't play so he is being the bat boy.

* Nate goes to doctor on Wednesday to hopefully be released to play baseball.

* I'm getting my hair colored tomorrow!

* I've started Christmas shopping.....woohoo!!!!
