Advocare 10 Day Cleanse
On Monday I started the 10 day Advocare cleanse......love it and it is soooooo easy! I need to drop some weight so I figured this would b the perfect jump start. I highly recommend it! I'm on day 4 and I've lost 3 pounds and I feel great! Another thing, I've not had a Diet Coke in 8 days!!!!! Crazy!!! And I'm not even missing it!!

My sister just finished the cleanse. I plan to do it after these baby girls get here! Hope you are liking your Polar. I love mine!!
