I'm linking up for the first time to tell our love story!!!!1. How long have you and your significant other been together? We've been together since our junior year in high school. I'm 36 now, do the math....crazy!!!!!!
2. How did you meet? His family moved to my hometown when we were sophomores in high school. We started dating our junior year. We went to separate colleges so I broke up w him a few times but I always went back to him. Of course, he couldn't live without me either. He played college baseball so we would go weeks without seeing each other..ugh!! Longest was 2 months!! SAD!
3. If married, how long? We've been married 11 1/2 years.
4. If married, where did you get married? Big or small wedding? We got married in Lampasas and pretty big wedding.
5. Do you have nick- names for each other? I call him babe, stud muffin, sexy studd, niener. He doens't really have one for me.
6. Name 3 things you love about your honey: very smart, genuine southern guy, hot
7. Tell us how he proposed: he was staying at a hotel for business and I went to visit him. We were getting ready to go eat and he asked me. I knew it was coming, we had talked about it
8. Are you a sunset dinner on the beach kind of girl or movie in and relax on couch? BOTH
9. Is he a flowers and teddy bear kind of guy for vday, or strawberries, champagne and rose petals? Strawberries, cupcakes kind of guy
10. Tell us one thingyou'd like to do with your hubby one day? Bora Bora vacay
11. Tell us waht you plan on doing this Valentine's Day? We are celebrating early...he's taking me to watch The Vow...woohoo!12. Are you asking for anything for Valentine's Day? NOPE, not this year
13. Give us one piece of advice of keeping a relationship strong and full of love. Make time for each other. We have 3 kids so it is hard but we do make sure that every Wednesday night, we are in bed at 9 p.m. We lay in bed and watch Revenge. We look forward to it all week long. It's the little things like that!!!

ReplyDeleteSuch a sweet post about your hubby and now three kids later! Perfect in time for V-Day! How fun you have known your hub for such a long time. Noah and I both really loved Big Miracle, it was a great movie, but I have to say it wasn't really that much of a little kid movie, but since Noah (5) is so into whales he was fine and loved it. I wish I could think of a movie to compare it to for you...if I do I will let you know! I didn't see We Bought A Zoo but maybe it is similar because I heard it wasn't really a kid movie but the animals made it appealing for little eyes.

Ooooh Bora Bora sounds so nice that is my happy place I think of lol. The pic of your fam is just presh love it! I love the nicknames you have for your hubs fun. Oh and the hubs and I do that too we plan one night a week to make sure Kelcee is in bed a little earlier so we can snuggle up and watch a tv show it is usually tivo'd lol...it is the little things!
